The Role
Briliant, friendly staf., Great social events, opportunities to travel, interesting projects, appropriate tasks, amazing people.
Everyone was extremely helpful, from partners to associates. I was warmly welcomed, my opinions were valued and I was always met by management with words of encouragement.
support and guidance is always available, even when people are busy.
This largely depended on the client I was working on. Some days were busy, others were more relaxed. Overall, a great balance.
I was given a good amount of responsibility (within my capabilities) which pushed me to work hard and achieve my potential. I was valued as any other employee.
time management, presentation and communication skills
The Company
I wasn't in the office mcuh as I was out at client site most of the time, but the general atmosphere in the office seems to be that everyone is quite quiet getting on with there work but there is still people to chat to and ask for help. It's a bit more relaxed at clients because you're with less people.
very well, they told told me what i was goin to be doing each day, which client i was going to spend some days with and what type of work i shall be doing, mostly assisting current graduates.
Everyone I worked with spent time talking me through what I'd be doing and then answering questions that I came up with while I was working on it
