The Role
Excellent manager and excellent team. However, unsupportive Corporate Graduate Recruitment team who gave no support and encouragement.
Good working atmosphere.
Good support and guidance from manager and team members. No guidance from HR at all.
Sufficient responsibilities were given.
The Company
So-so. Very few events organised for the Operations interns as compared to the IBD and GM division
The company pays no recgonition to hard work and commitment.
No recognition of hard work. False implication of job offers upon successful completion of internship
