About You
I though the day was interactive which gave good information and indication of what FCA does and how they work. Felt it was honest about how it has stood in the past and what direction it wants to drive towards in the future. I felt conformtable with asking and participating in group activeties and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Even so i felt that there were some parts of the day that was rushed but they still managed to get everything done adequately.
During the interaction activities, i felt that answer i gave and how i thought was in a similiar thinking frame of how the individuals that worked in that department would address the issue or situation.
There was a whole range of support given, they constantly kept saying that if anyone needs anything or further information to approach them if one of the sessions was running overtime.
I think by speaking and meeting employees that work and have gone through the same process that i am doing now, definitely gives some extra motivation to carry one working hard and the information i have received can hopefully help me apply for there graduate scheme.
The Company
i thought it was well structured with a variety of activities and the day went by so quickly.
I generally loved the atmosphere, was relaxed but was also had all the right information needed to make an informed decision about working there and whether it was a place i can see myself growing and giving back to them.
It was a one day insight day so not sure how much they did invest in me but i felt like if i was to join their internship or graduate programme i would be given a lot of flexibility in how and what i wanted to develop in and by talking to other graduates this was confirmed.
Before going i knew that i would like to work for FCA but this event confirmed it for sure.
It gave a good indication of what the company culture stand today and what it previously was and how it wants to break free from them.
There was some content given and if they where to provide would have taken more then a day but i believe it did give some indication into how and what some departments do and the role i would take if i was a graduate or intern.
Everything Else
I was not paid but lunch was provided.
yes met other graduates that where in different levels and departments
As it was a one day event i think the opportunities given was good enough.
It seemed like they had a balance of social and working like without the need to work long hours everyday only when they required to or hadn't completed what they intended to do.
Yes, i have already recommend two friend to apply either fir for insight or internship.
