The Role
Very enjoyable year. Was given a lot of responsibility and advice and support to help develop as a person
Direct manager made me feel very valued and my contributions did not go unrecognised
given regular training and advice
Roles could vary from being very busy to more relaxed depending on the time of month
given large amounts of responsibility form the start. Allowed to attend account meeting on my own to sell products.
I learnt an awful lot that has helped me in my studies.
The Company
very relaxed and friendly environment to work in
placement office was very good
given specific training when we began.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
do not really have interest in going back to the company
The Culture
there were lots of placement student from Lancaster and we could socialise and live together
high but that was due to the area
very poor. we had to travel to other city's to experience a good night life
no social clubs offered by JnJ
