About You
I enjoyed the FCA Insight day very much. It was very well (!) organised, there was a great social atmosphere and a very pleasant hospitality.
All the FAC representatives expressed a genuine interest in welcoming diverse people into the organisation . In addition, throughout the day I felt that there was a real motivation to add value to the participants beyond the context of the FCA.
The Insight Day was very insightful indeed. I have learned about the responsibilities of the FCA and its organisational culture, and I was provided with tools that will help me in my application process the FCA graduate programme. I should also mention that FCA staff were helpful and pleasant both in their formal presentations and in person.
I am more educated in regard to the FCA – a significant “player” in the global economy. Furthermore, I think that the Insight Day improved my skills and will help me to become successful in future graduate application processes.
The Company
Very well. Every activity was relevant and insightful; every activity was relevant and there was no dull moment.
Again, both in terms of participants and FCA/EmployAbility there was a very good atmosphere. Personally I found the day inspiring.
Everything Else

Yes, both junior (recent graduates) and more senior.
There was an opportunity to network with both FCA staff and other potential applicants.
To some extant.
