The Role
Really good internship- great development opportunities and good exposure to senior leaders
Felt valued I was able to sit down with senior colleagues who were happy to donate their time to me was very good
Regular 1:1s with line manger and mentor as well as lots of face to face training time
Not thus busy at the beginning of the placement this improved later on as I got into project work bit I would have liked to have been busier
Little responsibility was given more shadowing
I developed lots of skills such as leadership and networking

The Culture
