The Role
Gained valuable market experience and knowledge to take into my final year at university. Also fully submerged myself into the social aspect of the company and made some great friends from it.
This definitely improved as the year went on and managers became more confident in leaving difficult work with me.
Help was always available and still is after leaving the company.
When not in busy season, an average day would be around 8.5 hours but in busy season and quarter end, was very common to be 14 hour days.
This definitely improved as the year went on and managers became more confident in leaving difficult work with me.
As I study an accounting degree, the information and knowledge I gained is invaluable.
The Company
Every level of the hierarchy shared the same space so it was very sociable and never dull.
No hiccups at all in terms of organisation.
Paying substantial amount towards chartered accountancy exams.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
International Travel
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Will be taking a graduate job there as of September 2015.
The Culture
Was difficult to organise anything with such a large group of interns.
Extremely expensive.
By London Bridgeso the main clubs and bars were easily accessable.
I only got involved in football and work team socials so can't comment on other activities.
