The Role
It was excellent.
Very valued. My team made me feel like I mattered.
I was generally given clear guidance, and when was not it was good for my personal growth
Busy enough, quite busy for a few months
A lot of responsibility above what I originally expected.
A placement changes you as a person if you have not worked in a business environment before. Lots of transferable skills.
The Company
Quite friendly. Nothing special, though.
Could have been set up better. Our induction was 2 months in (useless at that point).
The firm as a whole did not invest a lot. But my team did.
I want to try something new first, before I settle, but they are quite good.
The Culture
Yes.
400 for rent per month. 30 for food average per week. Guildford is expensive.
Average at best.
Yes there always are, if you look.
