The Role
I did not enjoy it very much, as it became really monotonous after few weeks.
My colleagues were great, but I do not feel like they valued me as another staff member. I was always seen as "the intern".
I was given quite clear guidance most days. Others, I was told to "find something to do".
Not busy at all!
Not much, definitely could have been given more.
It was good experience, some interesting knowledge but I am not sure how useful it will actually be.
The Company
People were not happy with their jobs, a lot of complaining and in general it wasn't great.
It was set up well, the company organised everything thoroughly, however my location were not always sure what was going on.
Not much, we had a few training sessions prior to the placement but I felt as if the aim was mostly to advertise the company.
Probably won't be going back. Definitely not to this department
The Culture
There were some events but too far for me to participate.
Quite high, but I chose the area myself...
Not great.
There were some, but could have been more.
