The Role
Hard not to enjoy your internship when there are over 100 other interns! Summer party is amazing also!
Very much a feeling of involvement and efforts are truely appreciated by colleagues. No feeling of "just an intern" whatsoever.
Weekly meetings with my manager/mentor helped to set targets and not become overwhelmed with workload.
Always given plenty of work to do!
Given many projects to make my own and a real sense of ownership - start to finish.
Developed skills not possible through study alone.
The Company
Offices are amazing!
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
Bloomberg put on Intern networking events throughout the summer, end of Internship party, huge summer party, and more! Only reason it has not got a 10 is because some of the interns did not get involved as much as they could have.
Lived with family friends so very cheap - alternatively, standard London prices.
Loved being in London!
You really do get out what you put in...up to the individual!
