The Role
Accenture has an amazing working culture, that is youthful and vibrant, and you are very well looked after during your time
Very much felt part of the team by the end of the internship and was in fact sorry to leave.
The workload was challenging but not overwhelming, as I had expected it to be.
I would have preferred more independent responsibility, but you are very committed to the team effort.
The skills I acquired were highly relevent to my Management course, as it is of huge value to have some relevent practical experience under your belt to understand better the academic theory.
The Company
Brilliant! You worked hard, but the group I worked with never lost its sense of fun.
The overall experience that HR organise for you is unbeatable. Outside of your day to day work, you are given exposure to a variety of different aspects of the firm, from charity work to socials. This was the most impressive aspect.
You are very quickly brought up to speed, and Accenture invest alot of time and energy in your own personal development.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
I'm looking forward to starting with them. Their level of investment in graduates, such as training, would be difficult to match.
The Culture
the interns bonded from day one, and met at least twice a week from then on, within and without company organised socials.
London is inevitably expensive, but you are paid well.
London is London, its unbeatable.
Many, the Great British Beer Festival and kayaking to name a few.
