The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed the internship - CRUK is a brilliant place to work.
I definitely felt appreciated and my work recognised.
My manager was very supportive and always willing to give advice.
Very busy, which I liked.
A fair amount - I was in contact with MPs and attended Parliamentary events.
I learned many new skills and now have valuable public affairs experience.

Yes there were lots of social intern events
