The Role
Very enjoyable environment. Learnt a lot throughout the year and had much more responsibility than I expected from a placement.
Very. My input was as valuable as others who have been there for years and years.
Grad meetings every now and then. Leaders always available for help when needed
Usually a good level of busy. Sometimes it gets too busy but it never gets boring or quiet
As much as I asked for, and sometimes even more
The Company
Very relaxed and friendly. Everyone always happy to help
Needs further work on structuring and planning
Subsidised/Company Gym
Quite high. As by the end of the placement you already have a year of training so are more valuable than external candidates
The Culture
Yes
Birmingham, quite cheap for the variety
Good, big city, lots of options
Not much. Need to make your own plans
