The Role
I am currently on placement for 12 Months, and I have recently started, I enjoy interacting with customers and my work colleagues, I enjoy learning new features about the software, and learning new skills and seeing yourself develop as a person.
Yes, I do feel valued as the praise I get whilst working in a team proves this.
The amount of support and guidance that I have been given is outstanding, anything that needed clarification for me I was able to seek help from the training team, my leader, and other work colleagues very easily and have always been given an in depth answer,
It depends, its very hard to judge on the morning as to busy the day will be. If there is a software Release then we can assume that the call volume may be higher than normal, but even when the call volume is low there are always jobs to work on.
We have responsibility in a sense that the jobs we log, we should look into, and write enough detail on the notes of the job because if someone else was to look into the job they would know what's the issue. Managing your time effectively,
I am currently developing skills and in any way they will hep me as a person to develop, whether that's at university or outside.
The Company
The atmosphere is really good, everyone seems to be lively and very friendly.
The company is set up to be very organised, and very well equipped, with many facilities which results in an honour to be part of.
the company are always investing in there employees if you have an issue you are able to ask, and thus the issue will be addressed accordingly, If there was an area you would like to be re trained in there is not an issue with that you are able to attend the next available training courses.

I have really enjoyed my 2nd month at Pinewood, and if I was to be offered a job after graduation it would be something I would definitely consider
The Culture
There is a very good social culture at Pinewood - the graduates are Mentors for the undergraduates, which is so good because if there was an issue I was having I would speak to my mentor and they would be able to advise me as they have been there done that from a students perspective. We have monthly Graduate Reviews where all the graduates are able to interact with each other and see their progress,
I live near Pinewood so I did not have to move away from hone.
same as above
There are always charity events taking place , which you are able to get involved with, and if you have any suggestions your are able to put them across.
