The Role
Incredible people and very team-oriented environment
I was genuinely involved in various projects despite the short time spent
I received weekly constructive feedback by my manager and often by my buddy and other colleagues (they are all very keen to push you to succeed when you show will)
I had a reasonable work/life balance although some weeks very more challenging.
My input was often used to be presented in front of VP/MD level.
The skillset I developed such as communication/ analytical and time management skills will be very precious throughout my career. They helped me better understand the theory, why and when it is not applicable and the possible assumptions that could be made in the interest of time.
The Company
Very friendly (often there were trips, afterworks and various activities organised)
2-3 activities per week (senior speaker series, group-based work, presentations, briefings etc.)
2-3 weeks out of 10 was devoted to training in several layers - general (ie. presentation, information systems etc), the division (understanding different businesses), the team (working with tools).
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental

The Culture
Organised around the events
Standard for London
