The Role
My time at GRB has been a remarkable experience, with recognition for good business practise and regular social events I was made to feel welcome and a valued employee from day one.
I was made to feel very valued, I was part of the team and my work was recognised throughout the organisation.
With regular meetings and training sessions i was given great guidance and was always checked up on which made me feel more confident and comfortable in what i was doing.
I was very busy and always had new projects to work on. The role was fast paced and there was never a dull moment which was great for me!
I was given a large amount of responsibility which was very encouraging as it allowed me to prove to the company and myself my abilities and passion for the role.
The skills and training I received will assist me in every day life, throughout my degree and when I graduate. It opened my eyes to the graduate market and helped me understand the importance of the operations of each aspect of a company.
The Company
The atmosphere was fast paced and very sociable. Everybody was keen to help and would be eager to congratulate you on your good business practise. The dress down code was nice as well as it made my first week less daunting and more relaxed.
It was very organised, with constant guidance it was always made clear of my responsibilities and where I will be next. This helped me manage my projects effectively.
The company invested a lot of time in me. Regular training and meetings with other colleagues made me feel like one of the team and has taught me valuable commercial and life lessons.

Very appealing, i would be very happy to return to GRB or use their services!
The Culture
GRB was very sociable, with quarterly events there was always something to look forward to. If you cant wait for the next big event the company go to the pub every week on a Friday at 4. This was great for me to relax and meet everyone.
The cost of living varies, Brighton is very student orientated so you live how you choose! You can do it on a budget or splash out. There are fantastic places to eat and drink, socialising here is great.
The night life is great, lovely bars and pubs and then many clubs and regular events to attend whatever your scene is. London is less than an hour away so your weekends will never be dull.
Yes, there are tonnes of things to do in Brighton
