    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • This was an amazing 12 month placement, I am soo happy I got the opportunity to work with global leaders.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

    • Me and my line manager had an amazing relationship. I also got along very well with senior executives and my leadership team although across different timezones.

    • My line manager communicated with me on a regular basis, even when travelling to make sure I had projects and to see how I was feeling about the entire internship in general

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • VERY! but it was all productive and taught me transferable skills. It also allowed me to see all aspects of the business.

    • A lot I was responsible for senior management activities on a regular basis, even those travel from overseas.

    • The head office is very busy but buzzing

    • Its a new scheme so not very structured. treated like an employee rather than intern
