The Role
Best job I've ever had!
I was always made to feel like a valuable member of the team
I was assigned a people manager and buddy who were always there for help and support if needed.
It fluctuated, but I always had work that needed doing
I felt I was given a reasonable amount of responsibility during my internship
Alot of skills learnt have been transferable to help me in my final year at university
The Company
I was lucky enough to be part of a really lively and fun office, with a great work-life balance
Extremely well organised from start to finish!
My first 3 days of residential training were extremely invaluable.
Company Parties/Events
I will be returning to the same office in september 2011
The Culture
Excellent environment, all interns from all service lines met up on a frequent basis outside of work.
I live in the area I was also working in, so costs of living were consistent with pre-intern costs
Reading is a great town to go out in!
Many sports teams and social events were available to get involved in
