The Role
I enjoyed my placement at We Brand It and feel that it has greatly benefited me with my final year studies.
I felt valued by both my colleagues and management.
The management team were always available and willing to help in any situation.
There were always task to be getting on with so there was never a quiet moment.
I was given a great deal of responsibility which helped me to develop business attributes and improve my customer relationship skills.
The skills I gained from my placement will greatly benefit me in the future and has taught me a lot of business skills that I will be able to apply to future job roles.
The Company
As nearly half of the office is made up of students there is generally a lively atmosphere.
The placement is really well organised. You are given two weeks training at the beginning and are provided with a house and transport to and from work.
At the beginning of the placement I was given two weeks training. After that if I ever had any questions or needed help there was always someone who was willing help.
Company Parties/Events
Even though I greatly enjoyed my placement I would like to pursue a career in a different industry
The Culture
There was a really good social scene among the interns and we often went out on the weekends.
The cost of living was reasonable and it was not too expensive to go out.
There is one club and a few bars in Maidenhead which were always an entertaining night out. There are bigger clubs in Windsor and Reading and the taxi is not too expensive if you want a big night out!
We often went to the cinema or bowling in the week and there is a gym near by which is not expensive to join.
