The Role
Thoroughly enjoy working for the company on a day to day basis. Very pleased with the amount of responsibility and freedom I have in the work place but also the support that I recieve is fantastic. I feel like I have learnt and developed an awful lot since starting.
My colleagues are very friendly and supportive towards me.
Do not feel as though there is anything that I cannot seek advice or help on.
There is always something to be getting on with. Some jobs were very urgent and required very swift actions to ensure they were completed but overall a very good balance.
I was given an awful lot of responsibility but was very pleased to be allowed to have this.
This has given me a great insight into chemical engineering and after thoroughly enjoying my experiences here I have no doubt that this is the career that i wish to persue and develop in. The learning curve was extremely steep and challenging which has lead to me learning a vast amount this year. It is very relevant to my course at university.
The Company
Very good and pleasant atmosphere in the office. Very good balance
I was given learning objectives and targets that I had to meet in order to progress to the assesment centre at the end of the year. very well structured.
I was given lots of oportunities to complete inductions and training courses which I took full advantage of. Proved to be very beneficial to me.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events

I have to get put forward for the assessment centre at the end of the year and following a good display there then I may get offered a job.
The Culture
Very low prices for accomodation in the area
Good night life.
Participated in nights out, football and regularly going to the gym.
