The Role
Disney are an amazing company to work for - the benifits are amazing, the people make the job enjoyable and the offices have a nice working atmosphere.
Instantly felt comfortable with my team - very sociable and made me feel at ease instantly.
Manager always supports my learning and development and we have regular meetings to ensure i am still enjoying my placement and am busy with tasks.
At first not so busy however this eased me in and i now have numerous responsibilities.
Increasing responsibility as time went on - eventually given projects which were completely my own.
Communicated with different countries on a daily basis which improved my communication skills and group work.
The Company
Good atmosphere - everyone is hard working however balanced this by being chatty and the offices are decorated well.
Great - initially had an introduction and a week handover period with existing intern.
Always looking to develop me as a person and employee - allowing me to volunteer for events etc.
