The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed working at Disney, would recommend it to anyone doing a placement :) its a great place to learn and makes you realise how important it is to have work experience
Very valued!
You are given a lot of guidance and it is available on request, everyone is there to help :)
Extremely busy but doing fun things!
Loads, but again it was a great learning curve and people are always there to help
A lot of my skills were developed during my time at Disney especially networking and meeting people outside the business from other companies. It has made me realise that you need to have work experience to appreciate what you are in for after you study and how much it will help to get a job after you graduate!
The Company
Pretty happy but can be stressful... everyone is lovely though and its always a nice atmosphere in the office especially at Christmas!
Really well organised, the managers and directors are always there to ensure you get the most out of your placement and help you with your university assignments
all the different online internal software that I needed to be trained up in to use Disney put me on training sessions to learn them
Flexi Time
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Yes very appealing :)
The Culture
Yes all the interns get together regularly and go out - London is great also :)
pretty expensive but you know that before you move to London so all interns are in the same position
Amazing!
