Cubicles everywhere! Intel has a very formal atmosphere but the more technical departments are far more relaxed. Every quarter they organise a team building event to help people bond.
There is a massive placement student community and they are very used to them.
Intel encouraged me to study alongside my job and provided with with some assistance in training.

They are moving all their IT to central sites so the possibilities of being offered a job in IT are slim, but I feel there is opportunities in Ireland or the USA. Or I could work in a more business role in Swindon.
The Culture
Great social scene, the interns organise weekly nights out
Low salary and moderate cost of living.
There was many opportunities to get involved with other activities through the various sports and social groups.
