The Role
I have really enjoyed my time during my initial fixed-term contract (which has lead to a permanent contract).
I have felt very valued in the time I have been here by my colleagues, and have been given a wide range of responsibility and exposure to high profile projects.
I have been given constant support and guidance when needed throughout, as well as on the job training.
My work is project based, so there are periods of time when work dries up at the end of the project, however when in the middle of a project I am kept busy. There is also plenty of work on offer from the other teams, providing the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of the business, so I have never been left with nothing to do for very long.
As much as I was willing to take on!
I believe the training and experience I have gained in the last 10 months will help me a huge amount in my future career.
The Company
Great! I work out of the Belfast office and everyone is lovely and sociable. It is a great working atmosphere.
Great
In my time here I have worked in high profile projects in Belfast, London and America - I'd say quite the investment so far.

I'm now employed by the firm on a permanent contract.
The Culture
Yes! The office is very social.
Pretty cheap
Plenty going on in the city centre which is a short walk away
If there is something you want to get involved in - it is either already a thing, or you can make it happen and other people will definitely get involved.
