The Role
The quality of work was intense, enjoyable and enriching. This has provided me with an all-round enhancement of skills and experiences. It would be an experience to be cherished.
I was made part of important decision-making bodies despite being new to the organization. Wherever it was felt that I might be able to contribute, my inputs were extremely valued.
The management/superiors were supportive. While guidance was provided wherever asked for/felt, I was also given autonomy to make my decisions.
Work was quite hectic for most of the time. There were some times when it was about to slip out, but the work was always interesting enough to make me keep going.
There were quite a few opportunities where I was leading/managing a set of activities myself. The set of deliverables was my responsibility and thus an enriching experience.
This one is not applicable as I joined post finishing my course. But the training assistance provided was exemplary. THe amount of time/resources invested on us was quite a high amount and something that is relevant too.
The Company
The atmosphere in office is very collaborative. There is no barrier/ceiling for anyone to progress. People are helpful and engaged. You can walk up to anyone and ask for help if needed.
The set up was well organized. I was provided with clear objectives and detailed plans for each rotation. Travel plans were pre-embedded in the program so I had fair notice before any such thing was about to happen.
The firm made sure training requirement were met. The focus was so much that I was flown over a couple of times to attend training programs in a different country.

The organization has an emphasis on longevity with the organization. Since I have enjoyed my time with the org so far, I see no reason to move out any time soon. Looking forward to a long stint.
The Culture
There was quite good interaction. We were from different work streams, but there were enough opportunities for us to interact and enjoy and learn from each other.
There were multiple offices in which I worked. A few were premier cost areas, while others were average cost areas. None of the areas were prohibitively costed though.
The nightlife was good and there were ample opportunities provided by the office itself to intermingle and socialize. The options were good as well and with a good environment.
Yes, there are quite a few charitable events that one can get involved with in office. This provides us with an opportunity to look at activities wherein we can impact the social fabric.
