The Role
I enjoyed getting up for work every day. Great culture, great people, great brands.
You are treated as any other employee- not looked down upon at all. It is recognised that everyone here plays a valuable role in the success of the business.
Whilst people are happy to help, everyone is very busy so you will also have to be a 'go getter' and be prepared to take the initiative to find answers/resolutions
You will not get bored, believe me.
Given ownership of projects from the first week. You are really empowered to make a difference.
Undoubtedly enhanced my functional business skills, as well as growing personally as an individual.
The Company
Fun place to be. Work hard/play hard.
Well organised, however much of it is you discovering how you role works. You are not 'separated' as an intern/placement student- you will have a role that is required by the business.
Thus far there has been limited 'formal' training, but you learn so much more 'on the job', which will happen from day 1 as you are given responsibility immediately for activities/projects that effect the business. I believe the 'formal' training side of things is due to expand significantly in the very near future.

Ambitious company with great culture and exciting growth opportunities- I expect good things in the future.
The Culture
We would go out every fortnight for drinks. Regularly have lunch together.
London is expensive, as I'm sure everyone is aware. Less costly in this area than central London, however.
I haven't really been out around here where the office is, but public transport is great in London and you can get to loads of areas with good nightlife on a short train ride.
5-a-side football, ad-hoc events- this side of things is currently growing/ in development, as you may expect with a new company.
