  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Working at MMT Digital was really good! The work culture was fantastic and everyone treated me as a college not as a student.

    • Everyone respected and valued me, they were willing to give a helping hand if I had any difficulties.

    • I used to sit next to my unit coordinator, each time I had a question or query he was always willing to help. Everyone on the whole unit were always ready to give a hand.

    • Always busy, during down time I helped other people around the office.

    • From day one you are given responsibility, which I enjoyed, they trusted me to work with multi-national organisations.

    • The skills and training I received at MMT Digital was invaluable.

    • It is a chilled, relaxed working environment with everyone friendly and supportive.

    • Very well organised with training well provided.

    • I was given training to sharpen my skills and every 2 weeks there was a 'lunch and learn' where a college talks about projects they are working or have worked on.

    • Working at MMT Digital was a great experience, I would love to work within the organisation but no as a dev.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Theres no party like a MMT party! Cheesy but true, weekly pub meal, go-karting, paintballing, weekly indoor football, 1 years huge Christmas party in Europe. Has to be one of the best companies to work for.

    • Rutland is not really a party place for student, but Leicester is not far.
