The Role
The team way very friendly and thier was a strong social side amongst the students.
My colleagues were very welcoming however some did rarely treat me as only a placement student.
I saw my task manager between 1 - 2 times a week.
Workflow and tasks varried as to be expected. Slow times allowed me to carry out university work.
I did not have as much responsibility as my full time colleague however was trusted to take full responsibility for some tasks.
I gained good general degree and life skills knowledge whilst on placement. I could take advantage of a rang on vared on-line training and had the opportunity to attend various in-house workshops regulary as I so wished.
The Company
The office could be very quiet at times however the atmosphere was made by my colleague who was great to work with.
Very well run placement, if I had to comment maybe the scheme had become too big.
I recieved training to perform my role but most development was espected to be carried out by yourself. If you made the effort to show you were interested in developing yourself then others were more than happy to help you.
Financial Bonus
The company offers a shorterned application process for thier graduate scheme however the roles are limited and they did not have any roles that interested me.
The Culture
Really good, some thing always happening
Average
Okay
