The Role
Placement year was fantastic, Graduate assessment process needs a serious re-structure however....
The SO Offerings team were absolutely brilliant, couldn't ask for anything more.
Taught me everything I needed to know.
I had a varied amount of work to do in different areas.
Releasing prices and working in the machine rooms
Gave me a true insight into how the business works on the inside
The Company
Lots of banter, but work was done when needed.
Always looked after and given tasks.
Really gave me a boost in my career
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
The fact I did a years placement with them should go into consideration.
The Culture
Met a great set of people and made friends for life.
Warwick and Leamington are quite expensive areas for students.
Plenty of restaurants, not many bars.
Loads of different things to be doing.
