About You
I honestly really enjoyed the insight. I had never completed an insight programme before and after taking part in some since then this was certainly the most enjoyable. As I learnt not only more about PWC but also in general about business and the areas i need to improve in myself professionally and personally.
I felt thoroughly valued since we were always actively encouraged to offer our opinions and to ask any questions we had about the company and professional services in general.
We received guidance and support through every step. Since we were given a introduction before every activity, told what exactly to do and if any preparation was needed also there was always someone on hand to clarify and to support.
I developed a wide range of skills and built on some old ones my business acumen really developed.
The Company
It was extremely well structured. We were given an email beforehand listing what to expect and then on the insight we were given a booklet at the start with a breakdown of the timetable.
The general atmosphere was really positive and friendly. It was only a 2 day insight but everyone was so welcoming allowing you to get what you wanted out of the 2 days.
The firm really focused on your personal branding and as much as what they can offer you as you can offer them. Each activity offered a chance for personal development.
There was a networking dinner where each member of the team were very open about their experiences within PWC and what is expected from you which was really useful.
The company's values and vision as well as professional standards were portrayed very well in the insight days.
We took part and also listened to a series of presentations regarding each sector of PWC which consolidated my career choice as well as appreciating the different areas of the company.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed on train expenses and also provided overnight stay.
Yes there were lots of networking events with people from different levels and departments.
They were really enjoyable everyone was really friendly and honest.
Yes.
Yes definitely.
