  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • Interesting workshops and Q&A sessions, however some tasks were obviously implemented to fill up time.

  • Approximately 60 people on the course, so you sometimes had to compete for attention.

  • Received lots of guidance and advice for the assessed tasks, particularly the feedback from group assessments.

  • Particular emphasis was placed on developing interpersonal skills, which is useful to many aspects of life.

  • The schedule had a satisfactory balance of activities and free time. Were given a timetable for the event at the beginning which was useful.

  • Staff and other students at the academy were very amicable, making the course a very pleasant experience.

  • Gave a number of group tasks to identify key skills, but a lot of the information was simply related to the students by a single person.

  • Had a number of useful Q&A sessions. Was sometimes difficult to form a coherent narrative to the questions due to the large volume of students present.

  • The company people were very willing to sit and chat as long as you wanted and were very friendly.
