About You
Very informative with regards to the workplace culture. Efforts were made to integrate all participants.
The tutors cared about our progress and were very patient.
There was always someone encouraging questions and providing answers if you required one
The information enabled me to better understand the company and so provide more depth to interview questions. Which enable me to get the job I wanted.
The Company
There was a good balance between team bonding activities and more straightforward learning.
The participants were extremely friendly and encouraging towards each other.
In a short space of time we were encouraged to improved our networking and presentation skills and given the right support to do so.
A large part of the full time role I team work and communication of which there was an emphasis on in the training.
As said previously, the culture is very much around team work and good communication, similar to the insight.
I now work for the company.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed expenses (travel, hotel, food and drink) and provided with some PwC merchandise.
There were plenty. There was an arranged dinner during which staff rotated to different tables, question and answer sessions and free time to ask questions more informally.
Staff were very open and friendly. They were patient when dealing with many questions.
The volunteering activities and social clubs were briefly mentioned.
There were lots of opportunities to meet a range of fun and interesting people, both staff and other applicants.
