About You
The experience was made very enjoyable with social event every evening and the photo booth was a fun touch.
It was only a very short 3 days. To feel more valued a week should have been the minimum time.
The team were always walking round. I felt there were enough staff there to pay sufficient attention to us.
Team work and public speaking were skills which the academy focused on. This was really useful as making a good impression was run through very clearly.
The Company
It was well structured in terms of making it enjoyable, however it would have been better if the assessment could have been performed away from the insight week.
Really positive and I have stayed in contact with some other from the talent academy
Well, but having made one mistake on the written assessment I wasn't offered a fast track and have had little contact from PwC to continue my application.
If the program was longer there would have been more time to learn better about a role in the company. The networking was most useful.
This was more memorable compared to the run though of specific roles in PwC.
Really would have like it to be longer in order to find out more.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed expenses.
Yes there were plenty and very useful.
They were what made the event so successful
No I didn't
Definitely would since it was enjoyable as well as informative.
