The Role
I thoroughly enjoy my day to day tasks and individual projects.
My opinions are always listened too and taken seriously.
I am able to go onto any training should i feel it is necessary and i am always given guidance should i need it if i am unsure of anything.
I always have something to do, if not generaly daily duties but my own personal projects.
I am in charge of the new recruitment of Students and several other little projects which i lead.
I am always involved in a variety of tasks and they are useful in a variety of different situations.
The Company
I am always having a laugh with my team, and there is always something to have a giggle about.
The previous student organised us new students well and i new exactly what i was doing when i should be. The training i was given helped.
I am able to go onto any training and allways being given the oppurtunity to learn something new should i want to be involved.

Although the company doesnt offer a grad scheme, several employees have returned to the organisation as managers.
The Culture
Us student houses allways make an effort at the weekends and the lads always play sport with the panasonic football team.
Average for the south of the country
Student area so the nightlife is good if you go out during the week!
Always oppurtunities. Local wildlife clearing and Gym oppurtunities.
