The Role
Lots of other interns and social events organised for us.
Colleagues always willing to help and I was given my own projects to complete by colleagues
Performance reviews from my manager helped to outline what I was doing well and what I could be doing better, also I was given the opportunity to spend time with other teams to widen my viewpoint of the company.
In charge of a major project that took up most of my time, still had time to help with other aspects of the team's work as well though.
Given my own project to run pretty much how I wanted to.
A view of networks in a large company is useful, also networking skills and contacts will be useful.
