  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I didnt feel that the staff were very supportive

    • Some of the staff were extremely cold and unhelpful

    • I didnt feel they gave me enough support at all

    • It varied a lot. Sometimes I had loads to do which was great and sometimes I had nothing

    • I was given some responsibilty in terms of client contact

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • It taught me a lot about working within a clinical setting and I learnt how to use microsoft access which might be useful. I also went to a lot of interesting talks and meetings

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • It varied as most people in my office were temporary so sometimes it was packed and sometimes there was no one except me

    • It started off well organised but then it all seemed to fall to peices

    • I recieved a lot of really useful and relevant training which would look great on CV

    • I don't think i made a very good impression there and the place had quite a depressing atmosphere.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Everyone were there on a temporary basis so no ones really got a chance to know each other

    • There was no where to socialise there

    • I don't think they know what nightlife is
