The Role
The vacation scheme gave a great insight into the firm - and I have recently started a training contract with Taylor Wessing.
The friendly and supportive atmosphere which is promoted by the firm was what prompted me to apply to Taylor Wessing in the first place and through the vacation scheme I was able to confirm that that was indeed the case.
During the vacation scheme I was partnered with an associate level "buddy" as well as being given work and feedback by other members of the departments I sat in.
The vacation scheme offers a good mix of work and social activities.
Taylor Wessing gives its trainees genuine responsibility from the start, and that was evident during the vacation scheme.
The vacation scheme led to me being offered a training contract and that first introduction to the firm was highly valuable.
The Company
The atmosphere at Tyalor Wessing is very friendly and supportive.
The vacation scheme is well structured and very well managed with a mixture of presentations, time in your department and social activities.
During the vacation scheme there were some very useful presentations and development sessions organised.
Company Parties/Events
I am now a trainee at the firm.
The Culture
Yes, there were organised social events as well as unofficial drinks etc and everyone got on very well.
The firm offers sports, charitable and pro bono opportunities.
