The Role
I had access to feedback and support from various levels of management in the immediate organisation.
Shipping is a dynamic business and there was always new things to work on. I had specific projects to complete and these filled my time well.
I was given sole responsibility of one project and worked with a project engineer for the second.
I attended a variety of training courses and had some field visits which has helped immeasurably with my degree and general knowledge of the industry.
