The Insight Afternoon at BlackRock was the 3rd event I attended at this company in one year. It was much more extensive and explored more in-depth the opportunities that BlackRock has to offer. It was a capital event that made me fell in love with BlackRock. High quality of networking, the innovative games we played, and the high-calibre of the HR team prompted me to dream about becoming a BlackRock employee.

I felt valued in all the possible aspects: talking to the HR team was a pleasure and was truly insightful for clarifying the opportunities at BlackRock. The current Analysts from different departments gave us a holistic image of what it takes to become a BlackRock employee; they charmed us with their stories of becoming BlackRock employess. I have particularly enjoyed the Investments Game, when the investment flair inside my team prompted us to win.

More than what a potential employee at BlackRock could ever imagine. The HR recruitment team couldn't have been better in terms of warmheartedly providing us all the necessary information we would need for successfully starting a career at BlackRock.

Because I made clear the 2 career options I consider at BlackRock, either Client Services or Fixed Income, I can not rate high enough the amount of information received at this event.

It was very well structured; although the event lasted a few hours, it was well condensed, with coffee breaks taken at the right time.

Unbelievable. Meeting again my friend Cristina Fedorca, Analyst in the Fixed Income department, whom I haven't met for quite some time, felt very good; Furthermore, meeting lots of students from different backgrounds and different Schools, made me link new friendships and prompted me believe that this event could be the starting point of friendships for a lifetime.

They place a very high emphasis on developing people. I loved how well I felt within that atmosphere. It matched perfectly with my personality.
