The Role
Although challenging it was a very enjoyable experience.
I felt valued throughout the experience.
The support system in place is excellent.
At times I was too busy, other times I had little to do - this represents the nature of an audit firm more than PwCs placement experience.
I was given real responsibility.
For my degree, my concentration span has improved.
The Company
There is a real buzz and excitement in the office, the experience was excellent exposure to life in the City of London.
The recruitment process is extremely well organised. Due to the fact that the placement year is the first year of the graduate scheme there were moment during the year where organisation around placement students was lacking.
The level of development available is second to none.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
I am going back to PwC after I graduate to pick up where I left off.
The Culture
There were only a small number of placement students, as mentioned placement students were integrated with graduate joiners - there was a good social scene.
In Central London, in the City of London particularly it is expensive to socialise.
As mentioned, Central London location.
