The Role
Only thing that could have improved the placement would have been more client contact (howeverthis wouldnt be very practial due to nature of clients problems) and a salary.
Everyone was really friendly and made me feel part of the team straightaway.
Given weekly supervision and also felt I could ask for help at any other time from a number of people.
Given just the right balance of responsibility without being relied on too much or put into an uncomfortable position.
Improved my confidence massively. Improved communtication skills and also time management and ascertiveness.
The Company
Good balance of work but also friendly enjoyable atmosphere.
Only problems were communticating via university.
Gave me lots of time and invited me to any training opportunites that occured.
It is a very competitive field but the references from my placementsupervisors and contacts made whilst on placement will help.
The Culture
Most employees older than me but we did have social events and I got on well with younger employees.
Living in student residences so fairly cheap.
In student area so fairly good nightlife.
