About You
It was an amazing experience. Being a first year I didn't really know what I wanted to do in the future but the insight gave me the opportunity to see how everything works from the inside, what a wide range of positions are available and actually imagine myself working there and see how that feels.
It is an experience that encourages integration within the group so that everybody could feel comfortable and well appreciated for their contribution.
It is amazing how everyone around you is not only easily approachable but also eager to help you. From your colleagues to the people running the programme or important people from the bank are there for you.
It's unbelievable how much you can learn in just 5 days so yes, I do believe everything I learned and developed during the programme will not help me only in my studies but also in my future career.
