About You
I really did enjoy my spring week at Barclays, Lots of information about the whole business and great feel of their values and culture.
Barclays really put every effort they could for the spring week, Ii felt valued as I was able to meed with different head of divisions and current graduates
I received lots of guidance and support, great information packs and work shadowing.
Even if it was just a week, I think my ability to speak with different people from different back ground has great improved.
The Company
The insight week was very structured, from presentations, work shadowing, presentation workshops, I gave gained alot from the insight week
The atmosphere was amazing! different people from France, Poland and Germany came for the insight week, It was great speaking to different people. I was also able to experience Barclays culture, They are AMAZING! and always ready to help and develop you.
Barclays Values and Culture is amazing! and the culture reflects on the way the employees interacted with the interns
