About You
Really enjoyed the programme. I gained a valuable insight on the culture/values, job prospects and had a chance to work shadow on four different occasions.
Employees were very keen to learn more about the spring interns and HR were very welcoming!
We had to present a group project at the end of the week. We had an employee from Technology who gave us invaluable guidance.
The programme wasn't technical as people were from a range of diverse degree backgrounds however I gained interview and group working skills.
The Company
Very organised timetable which HR followed strictly. I felt there was something to learn everyday this way.
Friendly and warming. The firm follows their new culture and values religiously.
Understood how it's like to work in a team at Barclays. Barclays are also keen to stream spring interns down the pipeline to the graduate programme.
There's opportunity to partake in a fast track interview.
Everything Else
Both paid and reimbursed my travel expenses.
