  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • very much so. A wide variety of activities, diversity of content. Very useful insights into the different business functions.

    • Very much. Great exposure to MD's and Directors, experienced professionals who took interest in me and were at hand to answer all my questions.

    • Always someone on hand to guide me through processes, explain sectors I did not understand. Very structured format made it easy to follow.

    • Was very helpful in helping me decide which function I am interested in pursuing a career in.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Very. Each day had a variety of speakers, a range of activities from listening to interactive to independent work.

    • Very, very supportive. Really eliminated the element of competition which made it such a more pleasant environment to learn in.

    • Very much so. Again, a great level of involvement of professionals in educating us on their respective areas.

    • 100%. Came in with completely different ideas on the career path i wanted to pursue so this was a greatly helpful insight into enlightening me into where I fit best and also where my skills will excel.

    • Always stress on the values of Barclays, which has rubbed off on the cohort. Helps to get an image of the company so that I know that it is in line with my values and ambitions.

    • Only exception is some activities were a tiny bit trivial, but this just gave us a break from great levels of information we had to take in.
