Good opportunity to find out more about each division, chance to work to shadow
They really care about what you want to do and your future at the bank
Knew exactly what we were doing each day, HR always present
Nothing particularly relevant to my degree, lots of knowledge to help for future interviews and a career path in the industry
The Company
Very well, timetable of events at the beginning if the week all run smoothly
Everyone super friendly and not too much pressure
Lots of business reps take time to give presentations, participate in exercises and work shadowing
Very much so, work shadowing in particular, plus good to do that at the end of the week when we had already had am overview of each division. Good to speak to both grads and senior members of teams
Everyone was so friendly
Definitely valuable, a true insight into day to day life at a bank

Yes everyday at the activities and one event in the evening
Your standard networking drinks. I found it better to network when actual conducting an activity or work shadowing, less forced
