About You
If you don't know which banking area to choose, this insight will help you in your decision.
They were professionals all along the different activities.
Because one week is short, you do not have time to particularly develop skills, you only get to see which skills are actually more relevant in order to work at Barclays.
The Company
Each day was dedicated to a different banking division: respectively IBD, Global Markets and PCB.
It was not as competitive as I thought it would be. People were indeed very nice.
We got the opportunity several times to meet business representatives in order to discuss their role at the firm.
We had a whole workshop on Barclays' values.
Everything Else
One week is short but we had a networking event, as well as work shadowing.
