Front Office Spring Intern Review

Greatly enjoyed the insight, learned far more than I though possible in a week. The programme was well structured and gave an insight into all front office divisions. Highly recommend applying.

Barclays clearly went out of there way to accommodate us - particularly employees who were always happy to give up their time and share their experiences. It would perhaps have added to the experience had the programme been held within Barclays, instead of at an external venue.

There was constant support for the cohort throughout the week. This could have been built upon with a personal feedback session, perhaps halfway through the week

The knowledge gained will definitely benefit me when making decision regarding my career in the future. These skills were not so applicable to my degree, but this was not expected.
