The Role
I had a great opportunity to experience what I had learnt at university, into the real world. I was given important projects to complete. I even saw my work and ideas published for different companies which gave me a great sense of achievement.
My team were great at communicating their ideas with me. They had a fellowship day to build relationships.
As mentioned earlier, I was enjoying taking part in managing new projects. I was given a chance to be creative and liaise with different departments. I was always working hard on different tasks but never found myself overworked.
After completing my placement at Penguin, I had gained a greater vision for my future. I desired to be more creative with my next employment. I also learnt the value of networking. I still keep in touch with some of my colleagues from Penguin who have encouraged me to continue working towards my goal. If I had an opportunity to work there again, I am sure I would be glad to return with a desire to learn more.
The Company
The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed.

The Culture
It was comparable as it is Central London, but my brother worked across the street. It was a great location to meet with him at lunch time :)
I was so tired, I went home after work. I don't usually go out in Central London.
I was involved in market research outside the office. This was great :)
