About You
I have very much enjoyed the experience at Barclays. The Spring Week was a very good balance of workshop, practical work shadowing and networking sessions. This was a tremendous opportunity for me to gain a deeper knowledge about the bank.
My impression was to be really at the center of the focus, even though I was just on the spring program. Through this Spring Week I understood how valuable are the values for Barclays culture and people.
Each member of the program was actually very supported during the week.
I have developed a very good understanding of how Barclays is structured and how handsome are people within the institution. I have also enhanced my teamwork and networking skills through both workshop and practical sessions.
The Company
Very good schedule with interesting events and sessions. HR representatives were always available for help and assistance during the whole week.
The atmosphere was extremely relaxed and friendly even if the program has been very intense and demanding. People were very motivated and shared the same interests: this allowed me to meet people who I will definitely keep in touch with.
I had the right feeling that the company was actually looking to fully appreciate my talent and abilities.
I have understood how the bank is structured and I have also gained first hand experience from current member of staff on how working in Barclays is like.
The Barclays values and culture was extensively explained throughout the whole week, both by workshops and by current employees.
Very important: I understood this is a place where I could actually fit in.
Everything Else
